FAQ
C This site was originally started so that I could share miscellaneous thoughts and stories about my life and experiences. This seems to have changed since June 2009 when I was diagnosed with liver failure due to Alpha1-Antitrypsin deficiency and subsequently the need for a liver transplant. Since then the posts have been mainly about my journey with this disease, the transplant process and the challenges that presents. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. We are frequently referred to as Mormons. We share with all Christians a belief in God the Eternal Father, His Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost. There are many resources for learning about our Church, but many are not accurate and are not official sites or publications. If you are truely interested in learning about the Church I recommend you visit The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saint’s official site at http://www.mormon.org/, talk to a friend of family member who is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints or request a visit from Missionaries in your area.
